Correspondence

“The child is both a hope and a promise for mankind,” Maria Montessori.

A letter and a packaged for me arrived a few days ago from one of my students in China. He is a superbly intelligent ten-year-old with a heart of gold.

  1. Ah, a favourite teacher! Lovely thoughts, Lana, and it must be rewarding to teach such students… Have a good weekend! โ™ฅ๏ธ

  2. Hands across the sea … let us hope international cooperation survives and flourishes in the months and years to come!

  3. Hi Lana, So lovely to see your name pop up on my blog (your avatar is sending me to no man’s land, so I googled you to get here). This post is so cute, and clearly the children in China have safety from this virus down pat! Not like this crazy county. I assume you were teaching in China?! How awesome is that. Be well, my friend. <3

    • Hello Diana! Sorry to be so late to respond. I enjoy hearing from you so much! The kiddos in China are amazing for sure. I’m not actually in China, I teach them online during crazy hours in America, haha. I hope you are likewise safe and well. Here’s a big New Year’s wish for better times ahead. ๐Ÿ’™
